The result is gracefulness and resiliency - exactly what you need to stand joyfully and to be free from fear. The Psoas requires softening, releasing and lengthening. Both classes are available in-studio and live-stream. The psoas muscles are two big muscles that run along both sides of the spine. We know that the last several months have been extra hard on those in the healthcare field, and we're excited to be able to give something back to those who give selflessly every day.
